A major bomb attack planned was diffused in Madurai

It was a big incident that happened in Madurai on 4th of August. There was a parcel that was to be received by the real estate owner last Saturday and there was a time bomb in that particular parcel that he received. The bomb was diffused just before an hour the bomb was set to explode. There is still the investigation going on whether the bomb was send with Modi as the target as the Gujarat Chief Minister was to attend a meeting at Madurai that day.

This is not the first time a bomb is placed in the Madurai City. I think there was a Bomb placed in Madurai before some months under a Bridge but It was a low intensity bomb and so no damages where there on that event though it exploded and I think it was Advani Jhan Chetna Yatra and the investigation was going on for many days and finally the culprit was found but this time the police are expecting that the Bomb was placed for Narrendra Modi who had to visit the Madurai city later on that particular day.

There are two of them who are doing real estate business in Madurai, in the new Ramanadhapuram Street and they are Umar Farooq of the age 35 and Jamaal Mydeen of 65 years. There office is situated at east entrance near a Krishnan Temple. It was on last Friday when a man around 25 years had two parcels covered with the polythene cover. As the Real estate office was locked up, the man of 25 years gave the parcel to a man named Srinivasan who was working as the Goldsmith in front of the particular office and said him to offer the parcel to Umar Farooq and Jamaal Mydeen. Arumugan was having the parcel till 10.30 pm and after that when he was about to close the shop she gave that to Balaji who was about 14 years old and told him to give that to the real estate owners.

The other day came and in the morning at about 10.30, Balaji gave the parcel to Umar and Jamaal who came only at that time to the office. When the parcel was opened they found that in one parcel there was a time bomb that was assembled and in the other box the bomb that was not assembled was there. They were shocked after seeing this and they immediately informed the incident to the Special Investigation Officer DSP Mari Rajan. The Bomb Squad diffused the Bomb exactly around 11.30 in the morning. The bomb that was diffused was set to 12.30 pm on the same day and if the Bomb would have exploded it could have made a huge impact on the surroundings and that was diffused in the exact time and the destruction was stopped.
