Steps to Register with TNEB

STEP 1: Visit the official website of TNEB: TamilNadu Electricity Board

STEP 2: In this site you can see a link which you need to click. TANGEDCO Ltd for to view the Bill Status, to make Complaints Online, Officials Phone Numbers, Pension Details .

STEP 3: You need to click the Online Payment option in the screen.

STEP 4: This will take you to the login page of TNEB. Now you can see the New User Signup button. If you want in tamil you need to click the option “Tamizhil Parkka”.

STEP 5: After you click the signup page you need to select the region code and fill the consumer no. and then you will get a registration form.

STEP 6: As soon as you enter your consumer name you will get the registration form where you need to fill the details. Now you can pay any of your friend or relatives bills too if you know their consumer number. Do not forget your username and password for future payment. After you fill the entire form you need to click the submit button and your email will be verified.

Procedure for Paying the Tamilnadu Electricity Bill online

STEP 1: First you need to visit the official TNEB site and login using your Username and Password

STEP 2: Now you can see the unpaid bills status and you need to select the bill for payment and you also need to choose your mode of payment option.

TNEB Payment through debit cards: You need to have a debit card of any of the following banks for online payment:

• Canara Bank
• Indian Overseas Bank

TNEB Payment through Internet Banking: You need to have the Internet banking facility in any of the following banks for online payment:
