Tamil Nadu laddu recipe
Tamil laddu recipe is the special sweet recipe which is prepared during festival seasons. The most traditional sweet recipes of Tamilnadu are Mysore pak recipe and Laddu. The sweet recipes got the special place in all Tamil family fest dishes and also in festivals. Tamil recipe laddu is prepared in different types by using different types of ingredients. Rava Laddu Recipe Tamil style and Boondi Laddu recipe Tamil preparation are the most commonly prepared laddu varieties in Taml Nadu.
Ingredients to make Tamil recipe Laddu
Bengal gram – 250gm
Pure Ghee – 150gm
kova sweet less – 500gm
Sugar – 50gm
Cardamom powder – 1/4tsp
Almonds – 10
Dry grapes- 10
Cashew nuts – 10
How to Prepare Laddu in Tamil Style
Clean and filter the Bengal gram powder using flour filter,
Take a pan and add little oil, fry Almonds, dry grapes and cashew nuts,
In another pan pour the remaining ghee and add the Bengal gram powder,
Fry well in low flame until the flour becomes golden colour,
Add the fried nuts and grapes with the flour, mix together
Prepare sugar syrup and pour the Bengal gram, kova in sugar syrup,
Mix well and make the laddus in medium heat,
Now the Delicious Tamil recipe laddu is ready to taste,
Note: For diabetic patients Instead of sugar you can add artificial sweetener.
