The Business Process Out sources (BPO) has been very prosperous where only requisite ability is the high ranking spoken English tinged with foreign accent since the candidates have to deal with overseas clientele. The stint in the BPO industry is most enjoyable, since the money they receive is decent. The workload is so grave that takes toll on mental and physical hygiene of BPO employees. BPO booming industry for fluent English speakers

The BPO industries direct young men or women who have an excellent and fluent way of speaking in English, almost very nearer to that of an American or European. There is absolutely no necessary of graduation in any discipline except a will to work whole of the night and sleep well next day. In an average a good English speaking Indian candidate, even fresher obtains a pay of Rs.8000 to Rs.12, 000 initally as probationer with all factory benefits such as medical insurance, provident fund et al. The care has to be called in to assess whether the BPOs are genuine because most have closed shutters.

The lucky ones are those who work in a permanent BPO. In case the BPO fails, the candidate cannot work in day time immediately; since he/she they have no qualification, they cannot work else where. The candidate has two types of work, namely inbound and outbound calls.

Respect the human biological clock

The normal human biological clock at night when it says, "Sleep", he/or she if does not obey the natural order, disregarding this natural factor in Call Centre, he/ she is constrained to take important decisions, that need more precision and perfection, dealing with most sensitive issues with the counterpart sitting in overseas countries. Since the candidates work in the nights, their biological time is reversed, and in the beginning they are suppressed from sleeping mechanism, and in due course the body is conditioned that the most essential hormones cut down its process, and the person working whole night finds stress, and put to peer pressures.

The mental jerk is so heavy that the subconscious mind constantly tries to cope up with the mind and body sometimes, it succeeds and sometimes it fails. When the brain's processes fail, the subject becomes totally bewildered running the risk of mental hygiene and stress prone.

Women candidates engaged in BPOs find job risky since the transportation though free from the management, and monopoly of men in the entire call centre and all these lead, and also there are cases in sexual assault and murder. There is all possibility that extra socializing amongst men and women being spoken in hush.
