Hello karthick
It take some time probably a week to declare the cut off marks you can check this site for updates. Only if you have maximum cut off marks you can get government college (ie) 40+. It may vary every year. Students got 40+ cut off mark got seat in Anna University previous year. This time it may vary slightly. But if you get 40+ you can surely gets seat in Anna university.

Sir,i have weird feeling now i am 23 years of age. If i study mca it takes three years then i'll be 26. Can i get IT job in that age. I am waiting for ur answer sir. Thank you:-):)

Yeah you have good chance to get IT jobs. Only limited amount of people do MCA. Others join IT jobs directly by BCA or BE. So you have greater chance as you have a PG degree. By doing MCA your upper age limit get increases. You can sustain in IT field for above 50 years. UG graduates cant sustain for greater extend. 26 is minimum age as you have PG degree in your hand. Probably many PG graduates have crossed age 26.
