How to prepare Bisi Bella Bath and Bisi Bella Bath Powder


Want your children to eat vegetables without much trouble. Wish to give a tasty meal with rich protein. Really it won’t take much time to prepare. So you are interested to know the recipe. Here it is prepare and enjoy.

Preparation of Bisi Bella Bath powder.


First prepare powder and store it in a air tight jar. Let us see the needed ingredients.

Ingredeints require to prepare Bisi Bella Bath
Bengal Gram - 100 gm
Urad Dal - 100 gm
Coriander - 100 gm
Dry Coconut - 100 gm
Red Chills - 100 gm
Cinnamon - 10 gm
Cloves - 4 – 6 pieces
Marathi Moggu - 5 pieces

How to prepare Bisi Bella Bath
Grate the dry coconut and keep aside. Heat the pan. Cook the ingredients separately until they release nice aroma or you can add all ingredients at a time and cook. Transfer them to mixer and powder it. Store it in a air tight jar. Use 2 to 3 spoon while cooking Bisi Bella Bath.

Preparation of Bissi Bella Bath procedure


There are no limitations for adding vegetables for this dish. You can add vegetables according to your wish. Let us see ingredients needed for this dish.

Ingredients
Vegetables – according to your wish
Rice – 1 cup
Toor Dal - 1 cup
Bissi Bella Bath powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustered seeds - 2 tsp
Red chilies - 2
Correinder leaves – a few leaves
Curry leaves - a few leaves
Tamarind paste - 1 tsp
Hing - 1 tsp
Jaggery - 20 gm
Salt - according to taste .

Cooking
Now we start to prepare children special recipe.Cut the vegetables. Wash rice and dal. Soak the tamarind in ½ cup water. As the Bissi Bella Bath should be in fluid consistency water should be used more. Add 3 cups water for each cup rice. 2 cups water for 1 cup dal and 1 cup water for 1 cup vegetable.
Boil the water and add rice, dal, vegetables and turmeric powder. Pressure cook for 3 whistles. Open and see whether there is enough water and rice has cooked. If you feel water is not sufficient add water.

Now extract tamarind juice. Add the tamarind juice, jaggery, Bissi Bella Bath powder and salt. Stir well and cook for 10 minutes. Heat the pan. Add oil and heat. Add mustard seeds, red chilies, hing powder and curry leaves. Mix this with the rice. And decorate with coriander leaves and serve.
