Directorate of Medical Education is inviting applications for Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MDS / M.Ch (Neuro-Surgery) courses for the academic year 2012-13 in Tamil Nadu Government Medical / Dental Colleges and self-financing institutions. Interested candidates can go through the article below and apply for the same.

Eligibility criteria of Tamilnadu Medical admissions 2012

Candidates who are applying for Tamilnadu Medical admissions 2012 should be citizens of India.
He/she should have undergone his medical course work (MBBS / BDS) courses in the State of Tamil Nadu.
If the candidate who have completed his course work (MBBS / BDS) in other states but belongs to Tamilnadu should submit nativity certificate in specified format.
Candidates who have passed their MBBS / BDS Exams and completed / completing the CRRI period on or before 31-03-2012 are eligible to write the Entrance Examination.
Candidates should possess MBBS / BDS Degree of Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University or of any other University recognized as equivalent to Tamil Nadu

Candidates can download Tamilnadu Medical application form 2012 from the official website www.tnhealth.org and www.tn.gov.in
He/she should fill application form and send the form along with necessary enclosures and 3 self-addressed envelopes 23 X 10 cms to the address mentioned below.
Take a DD for 1250/- towards application fee which should be drawn in favour of The Secretary, Selection Committee payable at Chennai. Don't forget to write your name, name of the course (PG/MDS) on the reverse of the Demand Draft.
NO application form fees for SC / SCA and ST candidates who are natives of Tamil Nadu.
