TANCET 2012 Online Application and Spot Registration details
Anna University Chennai invites applications from eligible candidates for TANCET 2012 examination which is to be conducted on 31st March 2012 and 1st April 2012. This exam is conducted for the candidates for getting admission to various degree programs such as M.B.A, M.C.A, M.E., M.Tech., M.Arch., M.Plan which are offered in Tamil Nadu colleges. The University and colleges offering these courses are as follows:
• University Colleges of Anna University,
• Government and Government Aided Engineering Colleges and Arts,
• Science Colleges and Self-financing Colleges (Engineering, Arts & Science Colleges including stand-alone Institutions).
The Candidates will get admission to the above institutions based on TANCET 2012 marks. The candidates can download Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) notification and online application form from the official website of Anna University which is the only university authorized by the Government of Tamilnadu for conducting TANCET examination. The candidates are requested to apply from 1st February 2012.

How to Apply offline for TANCET 2012 Entrance Test
Spot Registration for TANCET 2012 exam:
• The candidates those who opt for offline registration should bring their 10th (SSLC) and 12th (+2) or (or 3 years Diploma Certificate mark sheets and application fee by cash or Demand Draft.
• TANCET 2012 Hall Tickets will be issued in TANCET Co-ordinating Centres.

How to Apply offline for TANCET 2012 Entrance Test
Procedure for TANCET Registration through online :
1. First Login into the Anna University TANCET 2012 official website which is as follows:
http://www.annauniv.edu/tancet2012/
2. The candidates can get the Online application for TANCET 2012 from 1st February 2012.
3. The candidates need to take the print out of the application form fill in the details ans sent it along with the application fee demand draft, photo copies of certificates to the below address on or before 25th February 2012 at 5.30p.m.

TANCET 2012 Application Fee for SC/SCA/ST candidates: Rs.250/-
