Special trains running for pongal festival, Tamilnadu
Southern Railway had announced special trains that will be running in Tamilnadu due to Pongal festival. This will try to reduce the rush of passengers due to the festival. Passengers who would love to go to their native palce to celebrate pongal festival can make use of the special trains that will be covering almost all the major cities in Tamilnadu.
Below are the list of special trains that will be running for the pongal festival.
