Every year of Pongal good number of movies are released and no exemption for 2012 also. Tamil movie watchers are eagerly waiting for Pongal releases since some of the most awaiting films are going to hit the screen during Pongal 2012. Here is the list of all Tamil movies 2012.

Vijay and Shankar's Nanban

Tamil actor Vijay recent Velayutham did well in box office even though it had tough fight with Surya's 7am Arivu. Expectations are very high for Vijay's next film Nanban which is directed by ace director Shankar. Nanban is the remake of Hindi's blockbuster Amir Khan's 3 idiots. Harris Jayaraj did music for Nanban.

Audio release of Nanban is scheduled on 23-dec-11 in Coimbatore's Hindustan College. Nanban audio release is going to be a biggest music album release in Coimbatore.

Lingusamy's Vettai

Vettai is the co-production of UTV motion picture and Thirupathy brothers. Aarya, Madhavan, Sameera Reddy and Amala Paul did lead roles in Vettai. Lingusamy directed Vettai.

Lingusamy's previous movie Paiyya and Aarya's recent films did very well in box office. So expectations are high for their combination among film lovers. After a long time, Madhavan's movie is released. So, Madhavan fans are exciting to see his hero in screen.

Yuvan Shankar Raja composed music for Vettai and Audio released on 16-Dec-11. Nirav Shah is the cinematographer for Vettai.

Karthi's Saguni

Saguni which is acted by Karthi is also expected to release on Pongal. Saguni is directed by Shankar Dayal and Dream Warrior Pictures produced this film. Pranitha, Santhanam, Radhika and Roja also performed in Saguni. GV Prakash composed music for Saguni.

Other than Nanban, Vettai and Saguni some other small budget movies may join in the list of Pongal releases. Best wishes to all the Team to become a box office hit.
