In order to get into a Dental course an Individual is requested to undergo an Entrance Exam conducted by the respective council and few deemed colleges. Ramachandra Dental College is located at Porur in Chennai. Shri NPV Ramaswamy Udayar is the founder of this college and this is deemed university run under the name of Ramachandra University which was established in the year 1985. This college belongs to Ramachandra Education Trust.
This college provides both UG (B.D.S) course and PG (M.D.S ) courses to its students. This college is provided with a good infra structure with a huge build up area with good facilities consisting of Hospital, Hostel, Library, and Lecture Halls with well equipped dental equipments and furniture's.

SRM Dental college is located at kathankulathur in Chennai and it is a private college affliated to SRM university. This college consists of both UG and PG courses. The UG course is for a period of 5 years and PG course is for 3 years offering different specialization of studies. Raja Muthiah Dental College Chidambaram, Tamilnadu
Raja Muthiah Dental college is located at Annamalai Nagar in Chidambaram. This is one of the oldest colleges which huge infra with a very large built up area. The UG course was started in the year 1980 and PG courses was started in the year 1987. I think you have provided the detailed information of all the dental colleges in Chennai and the Ramachandra and SRM colleges are the best colleges not only in Chennai but throughout India. I think there would be more number of colleges arising in the future period of time.
