The university was started in the motive of giving good education for the young girls and boys. The college was started in 1984 and ran successfully for years. In 2003 the university became as deemed university by accomplishing all the requirements of the University Grand Commission. Admission Details in Bharath University

The Bharath University admits students into their campus only through the entrance exams conducted by All India Entracne Examination (AIEE). For the undergraduate students the admission is done usually in the April to May months. The Entrance exam questions will be asked from the higher secondary class especially on maths, English and General Knowledge questions. The candidates are selected only through the result of the entrance exams. For the Post Graduate courses the entrance exams are conducted every may month. The student should pass the entrance exam with high marks to obtain seats in this college. The PG entrance exams will include the undergraduate syllabus for their entrance exams along with English knowledge and General knowledge. After the results were published the letter or intimation will be sent to the candidates regarding their selection and other details about admission. When there is an issue of same mark in the entrance exam the preference will be taken from their qualifying examinations results. The eligibility is as for the University Grand Commission UGC norms and entrance exam marks.

Admission procedure of Bharath University Selaiyur Tamilnadu

The application form Bharath University tamilnadu of are issued from February month. The candidates should get the application from the college or download the application from the college web site or in the below given link. The application cost is Rs. 750. A Demand Draft (DD) should be taken for this amount in favour of "Bharath University, Payable at Chennai." The draft should be submitted in the office along with the application. The entrance exams will be conducted in the month of May.
