Saveetha dental college is one of the most popular colleges in Chennai and it is the college with has a hospital and Engineering colleges to its name. The students here are given high leveled training and courses. The college is one among the top Dental colleges in Chennai.

Saveetha College was first formed in the year 1988 and it is situated on the Poonamallee high road. It is affiliated to the MGR medical university and is approved by the government of Tamil Nadu and also the Government of India to provide medical courses to the students. The college offers various courses in dental study like Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Master of Dental Surgery and Diploma in Dental mechanics.

It is one of the well known colleges in Chennai and offers a wide range of facilities. The transportation facilities are offered by the college itself and it is one of the fascinating tool which differentiates this college from that of the others and also plays a major role in the success of the college.
The college has separate department for various subjects like physiology, Anatomy, microbiology etc., and it also provides a wide range of infrastructural facilities offered by the college. Each department has a well equipped laboratory facilities which makes the students focus more on the education. All the equipments needed for the students growth has been provided in the college itself.

The college is also known for the separate Histopathology labs that are maintained exclusively for the Microbiology students.
