My Interview Experience with Sintel company in Chennai

This article is all about the Interview process and my part in that in the Sintel company which is situated at City Center Chennai. It was my second experience but was one of my unforgettable moment in life as I was rejected in the second round of the interview process which had only three rounds.

My Experience at an Interview held at Chennai

It was a day in September, where I was called for an interview from Sintel company on the basis of my resume in the Job portals. I went to the company without any preparations and was little bit tensed as that was my second interview after completing my degree. I was well welcomed by their staffs of the human resource department.

At first I was asked to enter my name in the book that was left outside the room and was also told to take the token from the person who is sitting besides the table outside the office. I did so and the person ave a token after my mobile was handed to him. Soon we were asked to sit in the chairs and Sofa arranged near by. The company was really rich in its resources and I was little nervous when a friend of mine noticed me and approached me. I asked him whether he was an employee but he said I too came for an interview. We started talking and about half an hour later we were asked to sit in a separate room and we were given a brief description on what were the process carried out, the timing, the success of the company etc., were said to us. After some time we were asked to sit in that room and the staff who took the class went to the interviewer and submitted our resume.

Soon after some time the interviewer evaluated the resumes and arranged them in some order and called us one by one into his cabin. My friend was the third person to go inside and he came out and side it is nothing but they are simply asking about you to talk for 5 minutes on any topic. I was a bit relaxed then after hearing to his words. Soon my turn came and I had to attend the interview in the panel and the interviewer asked me the same question to me and I managed to speak about that soon I was selected and was said that you should wait so as to attend the second phase of the interview. While my friend was send back.

I processed to the second round too and in the second round I was asked to take ant topic and speak for 3 minutes and did start with the topic NCC but soon I was stopped and suddenly asked to say about my favorite Staff and I was a bit confused on which staff to say, while I was already late and started to talk about one of the favorite staff but was not successful at that round and If I had succeeded in that round I would have had my third round in aptitude and I should say that I would have easily cleared the aptitude to get into the company but as I was rejected in the second round where a spot topic was given I could not clear them and Ultimately failed in the interview process.

This is the worst experience in my life which I can never ever forget.
