Kanimozhi arrested for the spectrum corruption case. She along with her 7 crew members were applied for bail. This bail plea was rejected by judge OP Saini. Judge OP Saini said that there is no soft corners for women in this case. He concluded that this 2G corruption case will be started again on November 11.

Kanimozhi has cried after hearing that her bail was rejected. She was compromised by TR Balu and TKS Elangovan who belongs to DMK party. She was happy before the bail order was read out with her mother, husband and son. After hearing their bail rejection Kanimozhi, Karim Morani Bollywood producer, Rajiv Agarwal Kusegaon fruits and vegetable director, Shahid Balwa Swan telecom director, Sarth Kumar Kalaingar TV MD and other two got shocked.

What judge OP Saini said on rejection of Kanimozhi bail

OP Saina is the judge who is handling this case. He dismissed the bail for Kanimozhi and her team on November 3. Judge justified his action by following terms.

1. Kanimozhi born with silver spoon and she gained her MP post too.
2. There were no proof that she is suffering from discrimination on being women.
3. Her ultimate aim is to capture public money and use it for her self.
4. There is no opposition for rejecting bail from the sides of CBI
5. The order has been produced after through verification by concerning justice alone.
6. This is a very serious case which disturbed the economy of India.
7. If sympathy given to such cases will cause corrupt in society in terms of criminal activities.

This were the reason for Kanimozhli bail rejection.
