Muran is a thriller movie directed by Rajjan Madhav with the musical of Sajjan Madhav. The lead in this movie was played by Cheran and Prasanna. The supporting characters were done by Haripriya, Nikita Thukral, Suma Bhattacharya and Jayaprakash. The producer of this movie are Cheran and Ronnie Screwvala. Other cinematic process such as Cinematography and Editing was done by Padmesh and Arun Durairaj respectively. This movie is based on Hollywood movie Strangers on a Train. This movie was released on 30 September 2011.

Tamil movie Muran Story

Cheran and Prasanna were strangers in this story. Cheran car gets jam in highway road. Prasanna give lift in his car to Cheran. They both discuss about their life. Cheran introduce himself as music director and Prasanna is a son of rich man. Prasanna ask about the Cheran's life story. He says about her wife who hates Cheran. Prasanna says that he too has a problem in life. He says that he hates his father because of the wrong affair with Prasanna'a lover. After a meanwhile Cheran enrolled in the destination location. There they both have a talk about solving their problem in life. Prasanna plans to kill his dad by seeking Cherans's help. Cheran refuse to do so. Prasanna's idea is to kill his father using Cheran. Suppose if the police search for criminal they won't find him because they have met only once. The remaining story was the tactics used by Prasanna to kill his father and how Cheran escapes from Prasanna tactics.

Muran movie Review: This movie got very good review. Only disadvantage is this movie is the remake of Hollywood movie "Stranger on a train". This story is new to tamil cinema is the Strength to this movie.

Muran Song review: The songs in this movie are not so good. Only few songs in this movie got positive response. Songs in this movie doesn't have so importance.
