Download the application form and send it along with the DD to the address mentioned below.

Application fee of Rs.750/- (candidates form SAARC - Rs.1500/-) should be paid in the form of DD in favour of "C.M.C. Vellore Association a/c" on any Scheduled Bank, payable in Vellore.

Eligible criteria for CMC Vellore medical admissions 2012

Candidates should have qualified for the M.B.B.S Degree and should having completed their residential internship.

Along with this the candidate should obtain full registration before 15/05/2012, are eligible to apply

Candidates having qualified for a PG diploma may also apply for the postgraduate degree (MS/MD) course in the same subject.

Please note that these students should compulsory undergo 2 years training for the degree.

Candidates who are currently doing PG diploma training should complete everything by 15/05/2012.

For medical physics admissions he/she should have completed MSc degree in Medical Physics or a Post-graduate Diploma in Hospital Physics (Dip R.P) from BARC, Mumbai.
