1.Maida - two cups
2.Rava - one cup(same cup used for measuring maida)
3.Jaggery - powdered - three to fours table spoon.
4.coconut - Grinned - Same quantity as jaggery.
5.Banana - 1 (Yellow banana)
6.Oil - needed quantity
7.Salt - to add taste.
1. Soak rava in water for one hour.
2. Grind rava in mixer and mix it with maida.
3.Add water little by little so that dough prepared are as dough used for making dosa.
4.Add jaggery powdered and smashed banana to the above content.
5.Add coconut grinned to above dough mixture and mix them properly.
6.Add salt water(little pinch of salt is enough) to the dough.
7.Leave the dough for two hours.
8.Placa tawa on flame.tawa once heated reduce the flame to low.
9.Pour oil in each hollow part of tawa.(note: six to seven paniyaram can be prepared at once depending on partition in tawa).
10.Pour prepared dough in each partition and allow them to fry.
11.Once bubble arises in dough turn it back using the stick provided.(usually wooden sticks are used)
12.Take from tawa once color turns brown.
Delicious paniyaram is ready.It is good for all age people.It can be either used for evening snacks or for tiffen menus.
