Udaiththa kadalai {fried gram} 100 grams; chilli powder two teaspoon if you want more spicy you can it as you wish ; cumin powder {jeeragam} one teaspoon; garlic three to four small cloves, if you do not like garlic flavor omit it; salt according to your wish. udaiththa kadalai Preparation method
Light the stove; place pan; after the pan heats put cumin seeds. Sauté it with medium heat until it turns golden brown. Transfer it to another plate and allow it to cool. Now put peeled garlic cloves and sauté it until it turns golden brown. Transfer it to cumin seeds plate and allow it to cool. This preparation takes six to eight minutes. Switch off the stove.
Now in the mixer jar put the udaiththa kadalai {fried gram}; add two teaspoon chill powder; one spoon roasted cumin seeds and salt for taste. Powder it finely. Now add garlic cloves and again powder it. Then transfer the mixer to plate and spread it and allow it to cool. Put it in an air tight jar. Your delicious udaiththa kadalai paruppu podi is ready.
