Tips for mental health, peace, strength and relaxation
In today's fast growing technical world, people often spent more time with electronic gadgets ending up with stress and mental illness.
It is very much important for us to keep our self away from electronic world and spent some time with nature (Gods creature).
I would like to share some of the tips which I feel personally will boost up our mind and keep our self away from stress. Things you can do when you find time:
Tip1: Get enough sleep. Go to bed on time.
Tip2: Don't be lazy, Walk up early morning.
Tip3: Go for an early morning walk. Choose any form of exercise like Jog, Gym, Yoga etc.
Tip4: Take a fresh long bath. Oil bath will certainly relax your mind.
Tip5: If you are religious pray god. "Surya Namaskar" is recommended.
Tip6: Listen to light music. Choose your favorite meditation music, Spiritual, melody songs etc.
Tip7: Wear neat, comfortable clothes. Choose your favorite for e.g. T-Shirt and Jean.
Tip8: Eat more fruits and vegetables. Healthy body is a healthy mind.
Tip9: Plan and prioritize your work for the day. This will avoid mess-up and hesitation
Tip10: Avoid procrastination, execute work as per plan. This will increase your confidence.
Tip11: When ever you feel exhausted, take a break. Go out and have a cup of tea or juice.
Tip12: Keep your environment clean. It could be your home or office desk.
Tip13: Decorate. Use flowers. (If possible "go green" gardening).
Tip14: Have a friendly conversation with your best friend (could be your spouse).
Tip15: Love everything!
Surely this tips will help to increase mental strength. This will make the metal to rest in peace.
