It is also one of the newly constructed engineering college out of 30 engineering colleges approved by AICTE, New delhi for the academic year 2011-2012. This college is founded by R.Ravi and M.Anantharaman.

This college is approved by AICTE , New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Trichy. The college is situated on Salem to Trichy Main Road, Trichy. It is just 9 kms away from Sri Rangam, Trichy Railway station. In addition to the college has a 20 acres spread area as well as 20000 square meters constructed building area.
