    Ingredients Required for the Preparation of Adai Recipe in Tamil Nadu Style


    Paccharici Raw rice- 1 cup
    Idly rice- 1 cup
    Hybrid channa - 1cup
    Toor dal- 1/2 cup
    Urad dal- 1/2 cup
    Red chillies- 10 in number
    Medium sized onion- 3 (Wash and chop nicely)
    Curry leaves- 1 bunch (Wash and chop nicely)
    Fresh Coconut- ¼ cup
    Asafetida- as required
    Coriander- as required
    Salt – as required
    Garlic- 3 in number

    Preparation Method of Adai Recipe in Tamil Nadu Style


    Adai aviyal recipe Tamil Nadu and adai recipe are the best tiffin recipes of Tamilnadu.
    Wash and soak both Paccharici (Raw rice) and idly rice together for about 5 hours.
    Wash the Dal and add all together and soak it for about 5 hours.
    After soaking the rice and Dal, Grind it by adding salt, asafetida, fried coconut, Coriander leaves, red chillies and garlic.
    Add the required amount and grind to get the consistence of Dosa. But it should be nice. Stop grinding before it reaches nice paste. Then add the onions and curry leaves.
    Taste it raw to find the salt, if necessary add salt. Keep this for about 5 hrs to get proper fermentation.
    Make Adai Recipe by using the Dosa tava. The Adai Recipe Tamil style preparation should be little thick. Drizzle some oil on the sides to get crispy taste.
    Adai Recipe in Tamil Nadu style preparation is ready for taste. The best side-dish is Chutney verities.

    Points to Remember while Preparing Adai Recipe in Tamil Nadu Style


    The crispness of adai recipe depends on the addition of channa dal. More channa dal gives crispier.
    This is protein rich food. You can enrich the taste add health by adding som ½ cup of germinated seeds.
    To get best taste make thin slices of coconut (addition to grinding) and add before preparing Adai Recipe.
