This article will provide how to prepare alu sapathi. Alu means Potato, Potato is very healthy vegetable, children will love this. Every one like Sapathi, alu sapathi is also very different and nice breakfast or dinner. Get to know how to prepare Alu sapathi, please go through this article.

Ingredients to make Alu Sapathi
Potato - 2
Onion Big - 2
Tometo - 1
Green chilli - 1
Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Power
Wheat flour - 1/4 kg
salt for taste
oil to fry
Prepare Alu malasa to stuff
1. Cook Potato and remove the skin of potato and cut it into small pieces and kept it a side.
2. Heat a pan with oil and fry onion and green chilli until it turns in to brown. (Add salt to quick fry)
3. Add tometo and fry well
4. Add Red chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry well.
5. Add potato pieces and fry well, it will come like a paste
Keep this paste a side.
How to prepare Alu Sapathi
1. Make a dough with Wheat flour, usual method for preparing sapathi.
2. Make the dough in to small balls
3. Stuff some masala in to the dough and make it in to round shapped sapathi
4. Cook the sapathi in usual method (While cooking add some oil to cook sapathi well)
Now the Alu sapathi is ready to serve. No side is required sapathi alone very tasty to eat.If you want any side dish make Dall.
Note :
1. If you want gram masala, you can add Ginger and garlic paste and some gram masala while frying alu masala.
2. We can make vegetable Sapathi in the same method, by adding Carrot, beans, Green peas also. it will be so delicious.
