Sri Sai Ram Engineering College (SEC) is one of the best engineering colleges in Chennai established in the year 1995 by MJF.Ln.Leo Muthu. The college is spread over 300 acres of land at Sai Leo Nagar which is very much near to the Kishkinta theme park. The college has got a beautifully designed architectural building and contains a very big playground for conducted sports activities.

Sri Sai Ram Institute of Management and Computer Applications is also a unit of Sri Sai Ram Engineering College. This offers MBA and MCA programs and was established in the year 1997. ISO: 9001:2008 certifications was awarded to Sri Sai Ram Engineering College and all the courses offered in this college are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation. The college contains a group of dedicated faculties and is under the affiliation of Anna University Chennai.

Newspapers and all weekly and fortnightly magazines are also subscribed regularly for the students to get to know the current day-to-day trends. The library also contains an Audio-Visual section which is equipped with videocassettes and CDs. Xerox facility is available in the library for taking copies.
