Swimming is one of the great sport which would be liked by most of the people.This is often said to be included under the category of 'Exercise'.This is an enthusiastic sport and exercise.This serves as a good Exercise for Mind,Body and gives a best relaxation.

Advantages of Swimming:

most advisable exercise for the players(injured) by the coach
.Because during swimming,the muscles of the players will have a hard work over the resistance of water and they won't feel any stress due to the injury happened for them.
• It helps very much in controlling the

in our body.Due to this property the risks of

• Finally,swimming being an exercise to the Body, it also provides
relaxation to Mind,internal organs
