Ingredients to make Garlic Rice
Rice - 2 Cups
Garlic - 30 Pieces
Onion Big - 3
Green Chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Sweet cumin - 1 tsp
oil to fry
salt for taste
Preparation Method of Garlic Rice
1. First cook Rice in normal way (You can cook using pressure cooker also)
2. Clean Garlic and wash with water then grind it well in mixer.
3. Chop onion in to small pieces.
4. Heat a pan with oil and fry sweet cumin then add onion and Green Chilli and fry it well untill it turns in to brown
5. Add Grinded garlic paste and fry it well. Fry this until the smile gone.
6. Add salt with the cooked rice and mix it well. Then add this fried paste into the Rice and mix well.
Now the Garlic Rice is ready to serve.
Medicinal Uses of the Garlic Rice
1. Garlic Rice will reduce unwanted fat from blood
2. Gas trouble will reduce.
3. Garlic Rice will increase degistion power of childern.
Note : Garlic can fry without grinding (but some children may throw it away without eating)
No need to use too much of Garlic it may cause Diarrhea
