Vegetable Chapathi


Vegetable Chapathi is such a different colourful chapathi to be prepared by adding vegetables. Childrens whom hate vegetables, can enjoy to eat colourful vegetable chapathi. Try the following steps to prepare Vegetable chapathi given below.

Ingredients for Vegetable Chapathi

* Wheat flour - 2 cups
* Grated Carrot - 1/4 cup
* Cabbage - 1/4 cup
* Capsicum - 1/4 cup
* Onion - 1/4 cup
* Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
* Green Chilly - 2
* Oil - as required
* Salt - as required

Methods to prepare Vegetable Chapathi

1) Cut the Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage and Green chilly into small pieces

2) Grated (Thuruvi kollavum) the carrot and ginger

3) Take a bowl, add water and salt. Put Wheat Flour and dough as Chapathi and add oil

4) Then take a pan, add oil, sliced onion, Green chily, capsicum, cabbage, grated ginger and carrot and fry well. Add salt.

5) Add these contents in Chapathi dough and mix well. Make a Chapathi and kept in Tawa, add oil. Taste this Colourful Healthy vegetable Chapathi without side dish

Dhal Chapathi


Dhal is the common side dish in north indian recipe. But Dhal Chapathi is the different spicy breakfast with good taste. Use the dhal to prepare the dhal chapathi and it is also called as Yellow Chapathi . Try the following steps to prepare Dhal chapathi given below.

Ingredients for Dhal Chapathi

* Moong Dhal (payatham parupu) - 1 tsp
* Bengal Gram (Kadalai parupu) - 1 tsp
* Wheat Flour - 1 cup
* Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Grated Coconut - 1/2 tsp
* Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Asafoetida Powder (Perungaya dhol) - 1/4 tsp
* Salt - as required
* Oil - as required

Methods to prepare Dhal Chapathi

1) Soak Moong Dhal, Bengal gram for half an hour. Then Boil the moong dhal and bengal gram in pressure cooker.

2) After boiled churn the bengal gram and moong dhal and make as a dhal

3) Take a bowl, add water and salt. Put Wheat Flour and dough as Chapathi and add oil

4) Take a pan, add oil, asafoetida powder, Chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, grated coconut and dhal

5) Add these contents in Chapathi dough and mix well. Make a Chapathi and kept in Tawa, add oil. Taste this Yellow Chapathi with chutney or without side dish or curd

Bread Chapathi


Bread is the common food and snacks in evening time. Noone dislike the Bread. Bread Chapathi is the soft delicious recipe for all ages. Try the following steps to prepare Bread chapathi given below.

Ingredients for Bread Chapathi

* Bread Slice - 2
* Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
* Grated Paneer - 1/4 cup
* Milk - 2 tsp
* Green chilly - 2
* Coriander leaves - little
* Oil - as required
* Salt - as required

Methods to prepare Bread Chapathi

1) Put the bread in little amount of water and take off and make as a paste

2) Grate the paneer and cut the green chilly and corainder leaves

3) Take a bowl, add water and salt. Put Wheat Flour and dough as Chapathi and add oil

4) Add bread, chilly, grated paneer, coriander leaves and milk

5) Add these contents in Chapathi dough and mix well. Make a Chapathi and kept in Tawa, add oil. Taste this Bread Chapathi with chutney or dhal or tomato sauce or curd

Red Chapathi


Red Chapathi is red in colour, which was prepared by using Tomato and Chilly. It is spicy and colourful chapathi for all ages. Tomato is the healthy vegetable and also used for all dishes. Try the following steps to prepare Red chapathi given below.

Ingredients for Red Chapathi

* Bangalore Tomato (Hybrid) - 2
* Wheat Flour - 1 cup
* Red Chilly - 3
* Oil - as required
* Salt - as required

Methods to prepare Red Chapathi

1) Soak the Red Chillies in water for 10 minutes

2) Take a bowl, add water and salt. Put Wheat Flour and dough as Chapathi and add oil

3) After grind the tomato, red chillies, salt in the Mixie

4) Add these contents in Chapathi dough and mix well. Make a Chapathi and kept in Tawa, add oil. Taste this Bread Chapathi with chutney or dhal or tomato sauce or Curd
