1.Cabbage – 1 cup
2.Jaggery - 1/4 cup
3.Coconut milk – 1/4 cup
4.Cardamom powder – little
5.Cashew nut – little

Preparation of Tamil Recipe Cabbage Gheer:

Cook the cabbage with one cup of water, then grind it and take the juice of the cabbage. Now Boil the jaggery for few minutes. Mix the cabbage juice in the boiled jaggery and boil it again for few minutes. Now take this juice and add coconut milk, cardamom powder and cashewnut. Now the Tamil recipe cabbage gheer is ready to drink.
