VITEEE 2011 or VIT Engineering Entrance Examination is conducting by VIT University Vellore,Tamil Nadu for admission into the BTech (Bachelor of Technology) program offered in its associated institute/college. VIT has announced the date of the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination or VITEEE 2011.
Date of Exam VITEEE 2011 is April 16, 2011 Saturday and time is at 2.30 to 5.00 pm. Exam will be held at VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) Vellore and Chennai Campus.
VITEEE 2011 answer key and solutions for all parts Part I (Physics), II (Chemistry), III(Maths), IV( Maths ) will be published in official website and other websites of Entrance exam coaching centers in Tamilnadu. VITEEE 2011 cut off marks also will be published soon after the VITEEE exam.

VITEEE 2011 Entrance Examination Pattern
VITEEE 2011 Question Paper contains Four parts as following and type of Questions are objective type.
· PART-I - Physics
· PART-II - Chemistry
· PART-III - Mathematics
· PART-IV - Maths
Candidates can appear either Part-I, II, III or Part-I, II, IV as per their choice.
Candidates should appear Parts-I, II & III for eligibility of all the 13 programmes offered by VIT, Chennai.
Candidates who are attempting Parts-I, II & IV are eligible only for Bioinformatics, Bio-Medical Engineering and Biotechnology programs.
VITEEE 2011 Entrance Examination question paper pattern
VITEEE 2011question paper pattern is like follows. Most of the Objective type questions will come from the State Board of Higher Secondary Education and the CBSE syllabus. Total number of questions is 40 in each Part with 1 mark for each. There are no Negative marks for incorrect answers. Candidate should select the correct answer from given 4 choices and dark the correct choice in The OMR response answer sheet given by VIT using only by black ball point pen.
Use of any external study materials like calculating devices, mobile phones and log tables are prohibited. Candidate should only keep admit card and black ball point pen while enter the exam hall.
