    WHO celebrates World Health Day on April 7th of every year.

    Wishing you all a very Happy Health Day 2011, today is April 7, 2011 which is celebrated as World Health Day to spread awareness on being healthy as in the busy schedule of life people are not health conscious, thus I wish every reader a Very Happy Health and Prosperous year ahead.

    Summer is here and I urge people to keep it cool and as far as possible not to go out in hot sun as there are so many diseases spreading across different places of whose name we are not heard also one being the election campaign going on which is the dangerous of the all in which if you are caught in traffic because of it you will not be able to reach your destination and you will have to stay long in the sun to get your way out from there. On top of it the latest news is that our ozone layer hole is also getting bigger and better to allow all the UV rays to embrace us all in its arms!

    On a serious note please have plenty of water to sip at frequent intervals which is not only good for summer but generally also as it has zero calories.

    Cut on liquid calories
