The Total Population of India by the population census report of 2011 The total current population of India has been calculated as 121 Crores as per the 2011 census report. The population census in India is calculated every 10 years once. The last census was calculates during the year 2001 and the population on that time was only 103 Crores in India. The total population of India has been increased up to 18 Crores and 10 lakes during the past 10 years.This population census calculations are being conducted from the year 1872 and totally 14 times this calculation was conducted.
The census calculation was conducted for the year 2011 in two phases in which I phase was on May first 2010 and II phase was conducted on February 28, 2011.The total expenses for the population census comes around 2,200 Crores. The result of the census report 2011 was declared by the Home Secretary of India, Mr.G.K.Pillai and Indian Population Census secretary, Mr.Chadra Mouli on 31.03.2011 in New Delhi.
As per the report, There were 121 Crores of people in India at present.In this, 62.37 Crores of male and 58.65 Crores of female peoples are included. There are approximately 914 female peoples are available for the strength of 1000 male peoples.The total increase of the population is 17.69 % during the past ten years. This was 21.12 % in the last census calculation.
The State having maximum and minimum populations as per census 2011 The Uttar Pradesh State have the maximum population of 19 Crores and 90 lakes people.The minimum population is in Lakshadeep which comes only 64,429. The present total population of India exceeds the total population of America, Indonasia, Presil, Pakistan and Vanga desam Countries.
The total population of Tamil Nadu comes around 7.21 Crores as per the census calculation report 2011.
The maximum crowed of peoples are living in north stares of Delhi in which 37,346 peoples per square Kilo Meter.The minimun crowed of peoples are in Arunachal Pradesh Thipang valley in which only one people per square Kilo Meter.
The birth rate of child has been reduced for the past ten years.The total numbers of children comes around 15 Crores and 88 Lakes which was 16 Crores and 38 Lakes during the year 2001. The age up to 6 years children are being reduced during the past 10 years.
The educations of the peoples are increased up to 74.04 %. This shows the improvement in the literacy. The literacy percentage was only 64.83 during the 2001.The state Kerala is in the first place of literacy.
