    Essential Food Combinations


    Eating healthy food is very important to carry out day to day functions with out any interruption. A perfectly balanced diet pays rich dividends in the form of vigour, vitality, health and looks. For vitality, health and beauty, consume less of rich, heavy, overcooked and fried foods consisting of starch, sugar, protein and fat. Fruits and leafy fresh vegetables are most conducive to good health and beautiful skin. Eat more of lighter, purifying food in the form of fresh fruits, raw or boiled vegetables. Do include the daily requirements of protein, starch and fatty food.

    Healthy food combinations


    Proteins food needs an acid base for their digestion and should be eaten with fats or oils, green vegetables or acid fruits, but not with the starch, to derive the nest result. Likewise starches require an alkaline medium for digestion and should be eaten with fats and oils, starches and green vegetables but not with protein or acid fruits. Starches and proteins or starches and acid fruits are the worst combination. On the basis of these guidelines, you may combine food items to derive maximum beneficial results.
