DMK Manifesto plans for Tamilnadu Assembly Elections 2011


The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) Party announced the Manifesto for Tamilnadu Assembly Elections 2011 on March 19th,2011. The DMK President Dr.M.Karunanithi said that lase election's manifestos act as a hero and now upcoming current Tamilnadu election 2011 manifestos act as a heroine. The DMK Party fullfilled the promises made in its election 2006 election manifestos.

Coming April Tamilnadu Election 2011 would be conducted. Our DMK have the following steps of Manifesto in this election are:

* 35 Kg free Rice every month for 16 lakhs poor families

* Free Laptops to Dalit Engineering Students and even Scheduled castes & Scheduled tribes

* Laptops for Backward class Students of Government Colleges

* New Insurance schemes for Fishermens

* Increasing the Maternity leave for Government Servants by a month to 4 months

* To extend Chennai Metro Rail project upto Mamallapuram

* Free Power Supply to Coconut Farming and Horticulture crops

* Old Age Pension would be increased from Rs.500 to Rs.10,000

* To protect welfare to Palm and Coconut tree farmers

* To prevent Foreign direct Investment in Retail trade

* Free Bus Pass would be given to Senior Citizens to travel in local buses

* Increased Marriage Assistance would be increased from Rs.25,000 to Rs.30,000

* Free Grinders or Mixies for Housewives

* Increased Financial Assistance to Pregnant Womens from Rs.6,000 to 10,000

* Introduce Metro Rail in Madurai, Sriperumbudur and Coimbatore

* Conversion of Agricultural lands to other uses without permission

* To providing Protection to all Educational Institutions and Place of Worships of Minorities

* Increasing in the quantum of Reservation for Muslims

* Distributing Inputs to Farmers at Subsided rates thriugh Farmer-friendly Vehicles at doorstep

* DMK increasing the subsidy of Rs.75,000 to Rs.1 lakh under Kalaingar Housing Scheme

* Loan assistance to Women Self groups from their economic development by Rs.150,000 to Rs.190,000 of which Rs.200,000 will be a Government subsidy

* Teaching Foreign Languages like French, Arabic, Spanish and Mandarin in all universities for the benefit of students in Jobs

* Every District has a Medical and Engineering colleges and also Universities all over Tamilnadu

* Non-Farm Loans and Establish Services at Taluk and Divisional Levels

* To render all essential services to Public

* New Freebies to Voters
