Ingredients required prepare Masala Dosa Recipe TamilNadu Style

1/4 Kg Rice
25 gm Ghee
100 gm black gram dal skin out
Ingredients required to stuff
100 gms small sized Onions
1/2 kg Potatoes
Curry leaves little
5 green chilly
1tsp of Mustard seed
Oil as required
Salt to taste

Masala Dosa Recipe Tamil Nadu Style Preparation

Here is the preparation of Healthy recipe Masala Dosa
Clean and soak rice and black gram Dal for about 4 minimum hours in two separate vessels.
After 4 hrs grind the rice and black gram Dal separately by adding enough water. Add salt and mix well.
Keep this for about 12hrs to get the correct consistency. Then only the Dosa mix will under go fermentation to get the smoothness.
Then prepare the potato for stuff, Boil the potatoes and remove the skin. Cut this into small piece and then cut the onions, green chilies and one tomato.
Take a pan and put 1 tsp of oil, add Mustard seed, curry leaves, onions, and green chillies and potatoes and cook for 2min. and keep aside.
Take a Dosa Tava and heat little ghee, Pour the Dosa mix same like Normal plain Dosa and stuff with the potatoes.
Keep the flame sim and pour little more ghee. One side of the dosa become golden brown and crispy then make a roll like Masala Dosa.
