Every human wish to have long healthy and black hair. Healthy hair will trice our beauty. If you have hair fall and dandruff. Don't worry here is some simple tips to take care your hair naturally.

The most important things to take care in hair maintains are
1. Dandruff
2. Body heat
3. Split ends
The main reason for hair fall is our body heat. We have to maintain for body cool to reduce hair fall. Dandruff is another important reason for hair fall. Split ends will reduce growth of the hair, split end and dandruff also caused by our body heat.

Tips to reduce hair fall

1. Mix 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil with one table spoon of lime juice; apply well on the scalp; leave for 1/2 hour and wash.
2. Soak Dry Fenugreek seed in water for 3 hours. Grind it by adding water little by little. Apply this past on scalp; leave for 1/2 hour and wash. It will reduce body heat and dandruff.
3. Mix 2 table spoon of brandy with one cup of water; apply this on the scalp; leave for 1/2 hour and wash with shampoo.
4. Mix 1 egg with 1 cup of yogurt and applies on the scalp; leave for 1/2 hours and wash.
5. Before going to bed don't forget to comb your hair gently. This will stimulate blood circulation to the scalp. Don't wear clips and bands while sleeping.
6. Black cumin is very nice medicine to reduce dandruff. Grind black cumin and mix it in curd apply it in scalp; leave it for ½ hours and wash with shampoo.
7. Neem leaf is also reducing dandruff. Grind Neem leaf mix with curd and apply it in scalp; after 20 minutes wash with shampoo
8. Proper Washing : Cleaning hair is important thing in hair maintenance. If you have dry hair, wash weekly twice at least. Never use too hot or too cool water to wash hair. While washing massage your scalp using your finger tips, don't use nails.

Diet Tips to reduce hair fall

To get healthy hair we need to take essential Vitamins and Minerals. Vitamin B is essential for hair growth. Calves, Livers and wheat germ contain Vitamin B we can add these foods in our diet to reduce hair fall. Covering of Potatoes and cucumber are high in Silica, which is essential for hair strength. We must take Green vegetables, Egg, Dates in our regular life which will help to save our hair.
