How to become an IAS officer or IPS Officer?


Indian Administrative Services (IAS) or Indian Police Services IPS) are the valuable post in Government of India. Government of India held separate examination called as Civil Services Exam for IAS and IPS officers selection. It is one of the toughest exams in India.

How to apply for Civil Services Exam


1. Application forms will be available in any of Post offices in India

2. We have to obtain the application form and need to fill the necessary information and have send to Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, New Delhi – 110011

Eligibility criteria


1. Candidate must have a degree from anyone of the universities or educational institution. Final year student also can appear for this exam.

2. Candidate should have 21 years of age and maximum age limit is 30 years.

When the exam will be conducted?


I1. Notification of Civil Services Exam usually published in December month.

2. Preliminary exam will be conducted in May or June and Main exam will be in the month of October or November.
