Mubarak finally steps down in Egypt

Mubarak's 29 yr old ruling comes to an end today. Military took over the power. People around the world felt happy.

Hosni Mubarak's regime comes to an end as president after 29 years. Finally he resigned and handed control to the military today (11-Feb-11). It is the result of hundreds of thousand protesters. The people decision is rewarded in Cairo.

The people celebrated this victory with Fireworks, car horns and celebratory shots in the air after Vice President Omar Suleiman made the announcement on national TV.
