Details of Incomplete Plans and Projects by Tamilnadu Ruling party DMK are listed here. All the Opposition parties in Tamilnadu are trying to find the Negative of Present Ruling DMK party. Some of the Points are given which will change the results of Elections 2011.

Tamilnadu present ruling party DMK announced many plans and Projects to be implemented in Tamilnadu in the Last Financial year 2010 Budget. In that Many plans and Projects are not yet started and some of the started Projects are sill yet to be completed by
DMK government in Tamilnadu
. This Budget was filed by Tamilnadu Financial Minister on 19th March 2010.
List of Unfinished Projects and Plans by DMK Govenment in Tamilnadu
• Coimbatore Aavin milk company reformation work cost about 27 crores to improve the standard and quality of Purifying and Sterilising method. But so far no work was started to implement this Project.
• To Prevent damages by Flood in Thanjore, Nagapatnam and Cuddlore districts of Tamilnadu Nearly 376 crore ware allotted by
Ruling DMK government
For
Kollidam river Flood Prevention Project
and in Cuddalore , Villupram districts
Vellaru Flood Prevention Project
about 164 crores were planned. Specially in Cuddalore district
Pennaru river Flood Prevention Project
was planned by Government about 69 Crores. So overall 609 crores Projects were unfinished now.
• To improve the facilities in the
Srilankan Refugee's camps in Tamilnadu
nearly 100 crores were allotted in the previous budget. But the works are going in the Snail speed.
• To improve the English Knowledge and Communication skills of Tamilnadu Students, DMK government has planned to distribute
Free English – English – Tamil dictionary
to all the ninth grade students studying in Government and Government Aided Schools of Tamilnadu. This project was estimated about 10 crores. But sofar not even a single student received this

• With the help of Central Government Four new Government Arts and Science colleges and Seven New Polytechnic colleges in Pudukottai, Theni, Thiruvannamalai and Villupuram districts. This work is also in Pending.
• Tamilnadu Electricity board , Central Government Public departments Concerns jointly works to produce 1400 Mega watt power in Tamilnadu. But No improvements are made in the
Power Production in Tamilnadu
. Still many districts of Tamilnadu are facing daily power cuts.
•
Drinking Water Project
was planned by DMK, in Vellore district and Surrounding areas of Vellore cost about 1800 crores. The inital works were started and the remaining works are in pending.
• DMK announced that Tamilnadu Citizens who really suffered by Filarial disease will be given monthly aid of Rs 400/- . But it is not provided. Like this many Plans and Projects are incomplete by DMK government. This will be the Key factors for the opposition political parties in Tamilnadu to beat DMK.
