• In the year 1996 he contested form the Tamilnadu Constituency Chepauk and Won against his opponent N.S.S.NELLAI KANNAN with 59.81% votes of majority.
• In the year 2001 he contested form the Tamilnadu Constituency Chepauk and Won against his opponent DAMODHARAN R with 8.41% votes of majority.
• In the year 2006 he contested form the Tamilnadu Constituency Chepauk and Won against his opponent DAWOON MIAKHAN with 12.71% votes of majority.
