    After a lot of hurdles, Kaavalan hit the screen on Pongal(15-Jan-11) day. Vijay expected a lot in Kaavalan since his past couple of movies didn't do well in box office. Kaavalan fulfilled his expectation and declared as a Super hit movie.

    Story of Kaavalan


    Bhoominathan(Vijay) joined as a body guard for Muthuramalingam (Rajkiran) who is a don in his early life and turned like God for their village people in later part of his life. Rajkiran asked Vijay to accompany his daughter (Asin) to college since her life is under threat.

    Slowly Asin falls love with Vijay ad he also loves Asin but through mobile without seeing her face. Rajkiran came to Asin's love and what he do is the climax.

    Vadivelu comedy worked out well but not like the movie 'friends'. Vidyasagar done a good job in Kaavalan.

    Vijay added more value to Kaavalan unlike his previous films.

    This is a remake of malayalam film 'BodyGuard' casting by Dileep and Nayanthara. If you watch this film in malayalam, you dont even compare feel and expression of vijay with dileep. Simply superb!

    Now, its remade into bollywood by SalmanKhan and Kareena Kapoor with the same title 'BodyGuard'. lets wait and watch salmankhan too.

    Best Acting the film done by vijay is, 'Love Proposal to Asin'. Simply cute and wow!
