On behalf of Government of Tamilnadu, Anna University Chennai is inviting applications for the TANCET 2012, The exams are scheduled to be conducted on 31st March & 1st April 2012. All the candidates who are seeking admissions to MBA, MCA and ME / M.Tech / M.Arch. / M.Plan. Degree Programmes for the academic year 2012 – 2013 can apply. These courses are offered at various University Departments and University Colleges of Anna University.

For those seeking admission to any of the following Anna University campuses, should take the TANCET 2011 exam:
1. Anna University Chennai
2. Anna University Coimbatore
3. Anna University Trichy
4. Anna University, Tirunelveli
5. Govt. Engineering, Arts and Science Colleges
6. Govt. Aided Engineering, Arts & Science Colleges
7. Govt. Quota seats in self-financing Engineering and Arts & Science Colleges / standalone Institutions.

TANCET 2012 Application form details

• TANCET 2012 application form for all the programs MBA, MCA M.Tech/M.E, M.Plan, M. Arch offered through the TANCET 2012 exam is the same for all categories.
• Candidates who want to apply for TANCET 2012 have to pay a fee of Rs.300 towards application form of TANCET 2012 for more than one program would cost an additional Rs.300 per program.
• Rs.150 for the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories. Such candidates also need to attach a copy of the permanent community certificate.
