For general Category - Rs 600/-

For SC/SCA/ST Category – Rs 300 /- (Only for Tamilnadu candidates on production of a copy of Permanent Community Certificate)

The fee should be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Director (Admission), Anna University, Tiruchirappalli" payable at Triuchirappalli.

ELIGIBILITY FOR B.E. (Part-Time) ADMISSION at Anna University of Technology, Trichirapallli.



a) Qualification: Candidates should have passed the Diploma examination in Engineering/Technology in the relevant branch of specialization conducted by the State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination recognized by Anna University ,Tiruchirappalli.

b) Year of Qualifying for Diploma: Candidates who have obtained the diploma in the relevant field before 1.1.2010 are eligible.

c) Place of work: Candidates should be working in a place within a distance of 65 km from the college so as to enable him /her to attend the classes regularly by 6.15 p.m.

B.E. (Part-Time):
Note: The fees stipulated are indicative and subject to revision periodically by the Syndicate of Anna University ,Tiruchirappalli and when deemed necessary.

I. At the Time of Admission (Not Refundable)

1. Admission Fee - Rs 1000/-

2. Cost of Regulation /Syllabus Book - Rs 500/-

3. Provisional Certificate and Degree Certificate - Rs 600/-

4. N.S.S. - Rs 10/-

II. Refundable Deposit (Payable at the time of Admission)

1. Institutional Deposit Rs 6,000/-

2. Library Deposit Rs 3,000/-

III. Payable Every Semester

1. Tuition Fee Rs 7,500/-

2. Development Fee Rs 1,500/-

3. Library Fee Rs 500/-

4. Computer Charges Rs 2,000/-

5. Educational Media Service Charges Rs 1300/-

6. Internet Society Fee Rs 300/-

7. University Cultural and Professional Society Fee Rs 150/-

8. Students Accident and Medical Relief Fund Rs 500/-

9. Registration and Enrolment Fee Rs 500/-

10. YRC (Army Flag Day) Rs 5/-

11.Online course materials charges(Payable every sem.) Rs 1000/-

Total Fees paid during the admission of B.E (part time) at Anna University of Technology = Rs.26, 365/- (at the time of admission)
