Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or Always Troubling Machine

After the invention of ATMs, people were much happy. Slowly that happiness has gone. Why? What happened? Here is the answer,

In Tamilnadu there are many ATMs available in each city. At least three or four banks ATMs you will in your place. But, most of the time you find the board hanging says 'Out of Service'. Banks installed ATMs to serve the customers when they need money very urgently. But it doesn't fulfil the needs of everyone. Everyone have the same experience at least once.

Sometimes, there will be no money in the ATMs or machine is out of order condition. When we ask the security person, he simply replies, "I am not responsible for this. You go and ask Branch manager". But In a hurry we will not be in the mood to do that. Due to this many people are suffering. The Bank persons know very well about the requirement of customers, who are living in that concerned area. They know how much the average withdrawn amount in that particular ATMs and when they have to refill the printer cartridge, or to fill the amount.

Then why Bank persons are neglecting their job to take care of ATMs? During the festival seasons, it troubles lot the public. Continuous holidays given to the bank will suffer the people lot. In these days, no one will take care of ATMs. Then who will be answering the public?
