When can we eat fruits? The Answer is very simple. Even in the morning, at empty stomach we can eat fruits. If we eat like that we get immediate results. All the nutrition's in the fruit will give more strength to body.

For this question many will answer immediately like to cure CANCER, to reduce fat, to maintain proper blood flow and many more. Next question may be When can we eat fruits?The Answer is very simple. When do we have to avoid eating fruits?



After the lunch, we should not eat fruit. This will spoil our digestion system. Even after having Chappathi, Mutton , Chicken and with all non – veg items we have to avoid fruits.

What is there in FRUITS?



In fruits , the calorie level is very low. But Water content is more, along with this Vitamins, proteins and many nutrition items are there. Some may that I do not like this fruit , that fruit like that. It is not the fault of Fruits. It is the fault with us not knowing about ,with what food what kind of fruit will be suitable.

Can we refrigerate FRUITS?



Yes. We can keep it as a fruits not as a fruit juice. The Juices should be taken immediately, otherwise it will get sour and saltiness.

How can we drink FRUIT JUICES?



We have to drink juices SIP-by-SIP. Then only we can taste it. Some drink like a water in a full swing. We should not heat the juices.

We can eat all kinds of FRUITS, but before eating we have to WASH it first. Do not forget .
