Ingredients used for Tamilnadu Vegetarian Recipes: Vegetarian Oats Dosa Recipe Tamilnadu Style

Oats – 1 cups

Rice flour – 1/2 cup

Wheat flour – 1 tablespoon

Roasted Rava – 1 tablespoon

Finely chopped onion – 1/4 cup

Grated carrot – 1/4 cup

Finely chopped Garlic – 1/2 tsp

Pepper & jeera powder – 1 tsp

Green chilies – 1 or 2 finely chopped (as per taste)

Mustard – 1tsp

Oil – 2 tsp

Urad dhal – 1 tsp

Coriander leaves – as required

Salt – as required

Preparation of Vegetarian Oats Dosa Recipe Tamilnadu Style

1. Take a pan then add oil and add mustard Waite it splutter.

2. Then add urad dhal and chopped onion fry this in oil, add green chili and again fry for few seconds.

3. Keep the flame in low add grated carrot fry this for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Do this until the carrot will be half cooked.

5. Now take another vessel add oats, rice flour, wheat flour, roasted rava, and salt, pepper make this to batter consistency by adding enough water.

6.After mixing it properly add the fried ingredients with batter and mix well.

7. Prepare Vegetarian Oats Dosa like ordinary dosas. Make it as little thick than usual. Serve this Vegetarian Oats Dosa with coconut chutney.
