Channa dhal – 2 cup

Jaggery – 11/2 cup

Grated coconut – 4 tsp

cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Maida – 2 cup

turmeric powder – a pinch

Salt – a pinch

water – as required

Oil – as required

Take a broad vessel, add salt, turmeric powder, maida and add little oil and water.

Take a vessel and cook the channa dhal by adding water, when it is three fourth cooked and remove off the excess water and leave it to cool.
