Fine Rawa - 3 cups
Rice flour - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Butter milk - 11/2 cup
Salt - as needed
Finely Chopped Onion - 2
Finely Chopped Green chillies - 3
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Split urad dal - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Oil - as needed to

Tamil Food Menu Onion Rawa Dosa Recipe

Take a large bowl add rawa, rice flour, maida, salt with buttermilk and add enough water mix well and make a paste.

The consistency of Tamil Food Menu Onion Rawa Dosa mix should be like ordinary dosa.

Take a pan and heat oil then add mustard seeds, split urad dal and jeera, waite till the mustard seeds starts to splutter, add chopped onions and green chillies.

Fry this till the onions becomes golden brown, remove the pan from heat and keep it aside. After the onion cooled add finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix this with Tamil Food Menu Onion Rawa Dosa mixer.

Take the dosa tawa and heat and make thin dosa's with this batter. Add single tsp of ghee on both sides.

Serve this Tamil Food Menu Onion Rawa Dosa hot with coconut chutney and sambar as per your choice.
