    Tips and exercises to cure back pain

    Back pain should be treated before it becomes serious. Here are some simple exercises


    Back Pain


    'Back Pain', this is very common to hear now a days. Its because the world is rotating very faster with which the people too learnt to rotate more faster in this computerized world. Now a days, Back pain has become very common from the software Engineer's to House wife. Software Engineer's have to sit for long hours in computer, while House wife's have to carryout their household chores. Lower back pain occurs due to reasons such as several muscle strain or a back injury. finally we are forced to use pain killers and ointments which turn out to be harmful. So, its advisable to avoid pain killers and do little simple exercises which tend to be playing a large part in relieving the pain. There are some exercises as follows:-
    1. Mid back strength
    2. Hip rolls
    3. Lunges
    4. Knee chest exercise

    1. MID BACK STRENGTH


    Keep your hands on your hips and place your legs apart. ?You have to slowly turn to your left at the waist. Remember not to change the position of your feet. Try to look over your shoulder for 5 to 6 minutes. now untwist yourself. Repeat the same for about 5 times.

    2. HIP ROLLS


    Keep your hands on your hips and place your legs apart. Now rotate your hip clockwise movement and the next time in anticlockwise movement. Repeat it for about 5 times.

    3. LUNGES


    Stand with your right leg in front of your left leg. Bend your knees gently, sinking into a lunge. Keep your back straight and your left knee directly above your left foot. Hold in the position for about 5 to 10 minutes. now repeat with your left leg. Continue this and repeat five times.

    4. KNEE CHEST EXERCISE


    Take a mat and put it on the floor. Lie flat on your backs with your legs straight. Place your hands above your right knee and drag it towards your chest. Maintain the same position for 10seconds. Then take your hands and put your leg back on the mat straight. Repeat the same with your left knee. Repeat the total process five times.

    The above stated are simple health exercises. These health exercises help to cure the back pain when followed daily. It will take only 15 minutes to complete these exercises. It will not only provide your lower back pain relief but also will strengthen your back muscles. 'Health is Wealth', so take care and stay healthy!!
