Dont brush your hair several times everynight - rough and repeated brushing can cause it to become brittle , excessive brushing can also lead to split ends .
instead brush your hair only as much your really need to , use your fingers to gently style it .

Dont use conditioner to fix split ends its not a glue so dont believe all those advertisements .BEST REMEDY is to get trim every three months ,you ill be surprised how healthy your hair will be.

Dont brush your hair while its wet.

use a large -toothed comb .

Contrary to popular belief , using hair colour is not as damaging as claimed by many , but what's more important is to follow a good post- colour care routine.
use a shampoo and conditioner meant for coloured hair only.
