Nowadays Tamil Nadu Girls are showing their interest to take adventure sports including rock climbing, mountain climbing, river crossing, river rappelling and river crawling.

An Adventure sport organisation called Mountaineering and Adventure Sports (MASS) is giving training in adventure sports. Mountaineering and Adventure Sports is providing Adventure sport coaching particularly to girls in Tamilnadu.

In fact, Mountaineering and Adventure Sports (MASS) is the only organisation in Tamil Nadu providing coaching in activities like rock climbing, mountain climbing, river crossing, river rappelling and river crawling.

Fredrick, the convenor and coach of Mountaineering and Adventure Sports (MASS), said that adventure sports activities are acquiring popularity in Tamilnadu. In foreign countries, adventure sports activities are practiced at the school level itself.

The Mountaineering and Adventure Sports (MASS) are mainly providing training for Tamilnadu females in Adventure Sports.This increase the confidence level in females.

Mountaineering and Adventure Sports (MASS)is giving training to all age group females,The very interesting think is number of Tamilnadu housewives are also participating in this programme, to get relief from stress and strain and Relax themself.

Thirumoorthy Hills near Udmalpet in Coimbatore District is a beautiful Tourist attraction, Recently, a very special Adventure Sports programme for girls was organised in the Thirumoorthy Hills. One of the Adventure Sports Participant, Lakshana, said she likes adventure sports very much and came to attent the thrill of adventure sports.
